Meet Sharron Debnam
Founder · Registered Nurse · Speaker · Emerging Nurse Coach · Faith-Based Women's Advocate

Treasure Wives Collective was born from personal experience, faith, and a desire to see women live with greater purpose and freedom.
I watched my mother quietly set aside her dreams while caring for others. During her final years, I began reflecting more deeply on the sacrifices women make, the silence they learn to accept, and the patterns that can continue from one generation to the next.
My own experiences in marriage brought those reflections closer to home.
I began recognizing how easily women can lose their voices while trying to preserve peace, meet expectations, and fulfill the many roles they carry.
One realization changed my perspective:
Silence would not be my inheritance—or my daughter's.
That conviction became part of the foundation for Treasure Wives Collective.
As a Registered Nurse with graduate education in nursing and healthcare administration, I bring a background in compassionate care, education, leadership, and whole-person wellness.
My faith and lived experiences continue to shape my commitment to creating spaces where wives can be honest about their struggles without judgment or shame.

I believe women can honor their marriages without abandoning themselves.
I believe healthy sacrifice should never require the disappearance of a woman's identity, voice, or God-given purpose.
And I believe that when women recognize unhealthy learned patterns, they can begin making intentional choices that influence their marriages, families, and future generations.
Treasure Wives Collective is more than a monthly gathering.
It is a community rooted in faith, awareness, accountability, transformation, and legacy.
My desire is that every woman who enters this community leaves knowing:
Her voice matters.
Her experiences deserve to be acknowledged.
Her identity is not limited to her marital role.
She can establish healthy boundaries.
She can grow spiritually and personally.
She has the ability to change what she passes to the next generation.
When a woman rises into who God created her to be, she changes more than herself. She influences the legacy that follows.
